After 8 years from the release of "Spiritual Independence", Mortuary Drape, come back on the international music scene with an mcd of unreleased "Wisdom-Vibration - Repent", a forerunner for the new album whose release is scheduled for next year for Peaceville records.

“The Drape” confirms, if ever there was still a need, a strong stylistic personality and an incomparable aggressive sound enriched by the usual gloomy and enthralling atmospheres.

Unlike other Black Metal bands, which have stylistically turned to less intransigent choices, Mortuary Drape continues their journey with consistency and dedication, improving from production to production, without moving away from their origins and from the conceptual themes that represent their uniqueness.

"In a Candle Flame" powerful and rhythmic, is the disturbing sound base for a malignant and sinister singing; in “All in One Night” a certain aggressiveness in Thrash Metal style emerges, the rhythmic base takes us emotionally, with melancholy, to the years that made this musical genre great; "Nightmare be thy Name" Mercyful Fate' cover, already featured in the commemorative vinyl of the band's thirty years of activity, is a tribute to their artistic genesis and is perfectly re-interpreted in the Mortuary Drape style.

“Circle Zero (0)” skillfully mixes aggressiveness and evocativeness, reaching the maximum expressiveness in the ritualistic recitation that leads to the closing of the song.

“Where Everythings Fall” is a guitar assault that alternates with more structured parts in which, once again, an incisive and inspired work of the rhythmic base emerges.

“Wisdom- Vibration - Repent” once again highlights the fact that Mortuary Drape are not only one of the best Italian bands but also a historical reality that brings with it an indisputable heritage of the occult-esoteric culture of Italy. Welcome back, Mortuary Drape!
