Following a couple of minor works released for some time now, a full-length with the hermetic title "T.S.N.R.I. - Impermanenza", by the Italian band Duir, proposes a dreamy Black Metal with strong folk connotations and influences the latter. found both instrumental/musical and lyrical.

A well-produced album, the sounds are well balanced and the instruments are all distinguishable, perhaps the guitars are slightly subdued, however, the choice contributes significantly to the atmosphere that is created.

The arrangements are appreciable, refined in their apparent simplicity, the pieces, fairly linear and with a regular progression, are embellished with wind instruments and acoustic guitars; the digressions of the bass, the cuts, and the changes of dynamic riffs, as well as substantial and varied drumming, are interesting.

The unusual choice of singing in Italian goes perfectly with the musical base and also contributes to cloaking the compositions with a mystical aura.

The thirty-six minutes of this workflow smoothly from start to finish, the compositional good taste that ranges between darker moments and more adherent to the classic Black Metal, with tremolo guitars and pressing blast beats, do not escape to more reflective and melodic slowdowns with cleverly intertwining openings and melodies.

"Essere Dio" is perhaps the track that best represents the nature of the band.

Duir has created a personal and quality album, which is appreciated more after a few listenings, from time to time all the various nuances are grasped.
