Daysidied was born in the summer of 2020 by the guitarist Ironcross, the singer Asator and the bassist Pizzu to propose a raw Black Metal in the wake of the Norwegian one of the early 90s.

"I Shall Destroy You", debut EP of 2020, self-produced and digitally distributed by Thy Bare Tree (a division of AUSR Digital), presents a band with good ideas, but which has yet to grow a lot especially in terms of composition and realization.

The title track consists of a pure Darkthrone style guitar riffing, this highlights where the band draws inspiration from, which is however a bit too monotonous and not very dynamic; the song "Inferno" is certainly better in which the guitars express themselves in a more inspired and engaging way, but everything is suffocated by the lines of the voice, unfortunately excessively omnipresent.

"Lobotomized Christ", a title that tears a smile, highlights the good skills of the musicians, however, it is necessary to work better on the balance of levels between the voice and the guitars because the latter fails to emerge as they should be submerged by the voice.

This EP seems the result of a hasty desire to present itself on an already overcrowded music scene, as evidenced by the fact that the new single and Lyric-video "The Void", released in April 2021, decrees a clear improvement of the band, therefore it is evident that, with a little more patience, the debut could have been of a higher level.
