Debut album for this band formed by past members already known in the Italian scene: Fornace and Movimento d'Avanguardia Ermetico.

"Ignee Sacertà Ctonie" comes out for the active label ATMF in 2019, this album consists of only four rather long tracks, almost forty minutes.

The style of Comando Praetorio is close to Post-Black Metal and, in part, to the Cascadian vein; the sound of the band, given the previous experience in other projects, highlights a professional and concrete attitude, with the specific intent of transporting and involving the listener in ethereal atmospheres.

The compositions follow an incessant flow that does not remind to the canons of the genre: the guitars create fluid arpeggios, and then move on to impenetrable full chords; the bass is present and, in some passages, it is highlighted, in others it creates the ideal support for the six strings; everything is amalgamated by coherent drumming with the proposal, minimal and at the same time essential for the purpose, but above all a real drumming. The vocals, cavernous and distant, enriches the aura of sacredness that envelops the work.

A special mention for the ending of "Barbarie della Pietà", the best song on the album, in which a synth motif overlaps the sound wall of the guitars, immediately creeping into the head.

The proposal, although it does not stand out for its originality, is the result of a basic stylistic maturity and denotes competence and creativity, a quality product, not easy to find among atmospheric projects.
