The band plays ten fairly canonical Black Metal tracks, a varied, direct and raw drums that support a succession of guitar riffs, in no-frills tremolo picking, accompanied by the bass that, with rare exceptions, electrically follows the baseline.
The singing in screaming is quite monotonous and croaking, it is much more convincing when it sporadically turns to a growl that best suits the musical base.
In some passages, there are strong references to the origins of Black Metal, when the guidelines of the genre were still in their embryonic phase and a crude Death Metal began to change into something different; the beginnings of Darkthrone spring to mind, with due proportions.
This similarity can be found both in the compositional approach and in the " '90 years" sound, the result of a "self-made" production that does not ditch the instruments but manages to make them distinct from each other.
Two songs emerge on the others, "False Funeral Procession" and "Night Assassin", and this is precisely the sonic path that the band should take if they intend to follow up on "Dark Legion" which, for the moment, is still a little bit too immature ...
